The food here is outstanding, the staff is excellent, extremely friendly, especially at the reception desk, and the rooms have very good hairdryers.

Duvalsuite did not have such a beautiful view, but a separate shower!

The hotel has genuinely professional employees, especially at the reception desk. the room is well-appointed and a nice size. - the room had very good amenities such as an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The location and the layout of the hotel are simply ingenious. You can reach everything quickly by taxi and the hotel is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Malle. For the birthday there was a bottle of Cava with a nice card as a gift from the hotel. I was really happy about that! . Our room on the 2nd floor had a fantastic view of the sea! It's like paradise!

The breakfast buffet is fine, but not outstanding.

Beautiful location, the beach/cove was stunning. The grounds were very well kept and the pools were lovely. Food was excellent be it breakfast at the buffet or dinner in main restaurant.

Although service etc was good, you had to pay for everything. The safe in the room was charged at a daily rate (even though in some rooms it was free); they put bread down on the table without asking you and then charged almost 5 euro for it, even though you may not want it.

Very attractive location and close to the beach. Ideally situated to visit other resorts - Palma Nova and Palma.

The adult pool should be just that - for adults. Too many children were allowed to play in it unattended and this is something that the hotel staff could pick up on. A children's pool is available in another area of the resort.

The ocean view is stunning, and the room is quite spacious. It's awesome how this place is located so close to the cool pine tree areas, a gorgeous beach, and also not far from the airport, Palma, and Puerta Portals; yet, it still feels secluded. 🌲

The staff who served breakfast and the bar staff were quite nice and provided a good service. The view from our room was superb! Good quality food. Nice gardens, swimming pools and private beach. The area was nice and quite (March), not sure how it is during the busy Summer time.

The indoor swimming pool was very far away from the hotel, in a different building. There was only one lift in our building and it was very small and old. The hotel does not have rooms with double beds!! All rooms have two single beds put together so this is not the best option for a honey moon or romantic trip. The beds provided have wheels and moved a lot!! The hotel staff tried to fix ours unsuccessfully.

The breakfast is enormous with local specialties and the cool, and the service is excellent.
